Introduction
Within BOSS, you can turn emails on/off as well as control the types of emails to receive. Here’s how you can enable or disable emails within BOSS:
Go to the profile of the agent or agency whose email preferences you’d like to update.
Click the “E-mail” tab.
Check or uncheck the boxes to turn emails on or off.
These changes will take place immediately.
Defaults
By default, emails are turned on.
