How to Manage Email Preferences within BOSS

Within BOSS, you can turn emails on/off as well as control the types of emails to receive. Here’s how you can enable or disable emails within BOSS:

  1. Go to the profile of the agent or agency whose email preferences you’d like to update. Customer Screenshot 1

  2. Click the “E-mail” tab. Customer Screenshot 2

  3. Check or uncheck the boxes to turn emails on or off. Customer Screenshot 3

These changes will take place immediately.


By default, emails are turned on.
